These terms apply to the website at expandus.com.au (the Site). The Site is operated by The Trustee for Expandus Trust (ABN 62 679 747 627), trading as Expandus (we, us, our). By using the Site you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site

1.1 You may browse the Site and use its forms for their intended purpose, such as contacting us or requesting a call.

1.2 You must not:

• (a) use scripts, bots, crawlers, scrapers, browser extensions or any other automated means to read, extract, copy or modify content or data on the Site;
• (b) call, probe, inspect or reverse engineer any application programming interface, form endpoint, token, key or request signature used by the Site;
• (c) bypass, disable or test any access control, rate limit or security measure;
• (d) interfere with the operation of the Site or the systems that support it;
• (e) submit false, misleading or automated form entries.

2. Our content and confidentiality

2.1 Content on the Site, including text, images, video, case studies, reports and pricing, is owned by us or used with permission. It is provided for you to read on the Site and no other licence is granted.

2.2 Any non public information we share with you through the Site or in response to an enquiry is confidential and must not be disclosed without our written consent.

3. Monitoring and records

3.1 We keep access logs for the Site and may review them.

3.2 We may block or restrict access to the Site immediately if we suspect a breach of these terms, and may recover from you any costs we incur because of a breach.

4. The Platform

4.1 Our clients access their campaign reporting and leads through the Franchise Digital platform at https://platform.expandus.com.au (also reachable at https://platform.franchisedigital.com), which is operated by 20percent.ai Pty Ltd. Use of that platform is governed by its Platform Terms of Use at https://platform.franchisedigital.com/terms, together with the client's service agreement with us.

5. Changes to these terms

5.1 We may update these terms by publishing a new version on the Site. The date at the top shows when the current version was published. Continued use of the Site after a new version is published is acceptance of that version.

7. Governing law

7.1 These terms are governed by the laws in force in Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
